Inspection of the completed active part after drying to verify winding compression, exposure time, hang test, internal clearances, spacer alignment, ratio test and oil duct cleanliness. This is the last available inspection of the active part prior to putting the unit into the tank.

Provide expert witness of factory acceptance testing to ensure that the unit meets all required IEEE standards as well as customer specifications.
Provide a report of activities that includes the test results of the witnessed tests, comments on the testing activities, report any deficiencies, document any additional testing that may need to be performed to meet the customer expectation for quality of the unit.
